Prospective Superintendent job description:
Candidate for the position ofSuperintendent shall possess the abilities listed but not limited to include on site coordination for all phases of construction projects, build rapport and coordinate sub contractors, job-site safety, coordinate weekly progress meetings, quality control, and maintain a line of communication with CEO and President.
Construction Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications:
- Three years on the job experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Able to manage a team while managing multiple projects.
- Experienced at identifying subcontractor deficiencies and correcting immediately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for prompt solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the construction industry.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with PlanGrid software is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
- Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and owners.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.

- Minimum Bachelors in Health & Safety
- 3-5 Years Experience Preferred.
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Competent Person Training Certification
- 30 Hour OSHA Certification in the past 5 Years.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred.

Prospective Project Manager/Estimator job description:
Candidate for the position ofProject Manager/Estimator shall possess the abilities listed but not limited to estimating and preparing project proposals, negotiate owner contracts, obtain projects to bid on through various sources and contacts, build rapport and coordinate sub-contractors, communication with CEO and President, order materials. Prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, monthly draws, change orders, and review job costs. Attend weekly progress meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or equivalent on the job training.
- Three years’ experience as a project management and estimating.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Able to complete detailed take off and cost estimates.
- Able to complete conceptual budgets to detailed cost estimates.
- Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects.
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Candidate must be proficient in finishing the surfaces of poured concrete, ie sidewalks, floors or walls using a variety of hand and power tools. Must be able to place forms.
